The global leadership landscape has evolved considerably over the years, and yet the topic of gender in leadership, still poses a challenge for organizations and leaders, alike. A new way of leading is required to ensure sustainability within organizations, and this means creating workplaces that are inclusive for all genders.
Women who are ready to take on the challenge of leadership are ideally suited to thrive in this new type of leadership as they tend to lead in a more collaborative, diverse and value-based manner.
In this highly interactive course, we explore the new world of work and specifically women’s potential by looking at the integration of personal, interpersonal and professional leadership elements. We look at how bias comes up in the workplace, and we offer practical strategies on how women can overcome these biases (their own and others’) and strive for success.
We will unpack the different leadership styles and approaches the different genders apply, and how to use these differences constructively. The course is designed to support female leaders in building and maintaining their self-confidence without losing their authenticity. The course aims to equip female
